Course Overview
This course covers a variety of topics for attendees to learn to perceive and to manage any possible risks, including organizational, project, and reputation risks. It will prepare attendees to identify potential risks and develop risk management plans making sure that the project execution is not prone to and risk related to project scope, project schedule, and required resources. The course will educate to develop key performance indicators to monitor and mitigate risks. Moreover, the participant will be able to evaluate risks and define appropriate risk responses accordingly.

The Course will go through essentials of risk management such as defining risks, components prone to risk, risks with project selection, project risk planning, risk tendencies & preferences, and elements of a risk management plan. It will teach participants to effectively manage risks by categorizing them and by analyzing them with quantitative & qualitative risk assessment. The course will enable attendees to plan risk responses, prepare risk management timelines, and to define strategies for positive risks & negative risks. (Opportunities & threats).
