Course Overview
This project budgeting course aims to teach attendees about essentials of project budget such as identifying, planning and managing the budget. It covers project cost estimations and project budget baseline. The course describes the aspects to define the budget including project plan, milestone plan, spending profile, variance analysis, earned value management and corrective action reports.

Course Content
The program initiates with the teachings on project management aspects including project management processes, project life cycles, and project terminology. It will cover the entire cost management process from cost estimate, determining budget and cost control. The course will equip attendees to leverage the work breakdown structure (WBS), project cost estimation techniques and schedule optimizing.
Attendees will be able to understand project management inputs, estimate overheads cost aggregation, prepare the risk management process, plan risk response, estimate risk response costs, and reserve contingency cost, and lastly, use the S-Curve for risk & costs.
